Our ventures

Ventures we build.

We also build our own tech-for-good ventures, financed by our own fund. Building products from zero gave us a founder's perspective and a new ambition for the impact our work should have.

Tech that serves people, not the other way round.

What we believe

We operate on one uncompromising belief: technology must serve humanity, not exploit it.

The modern digital landscape is broken. Algorithmic noise, burnout, disconnection, and the erosion of truth have become the norm. Attention is broken into micro-interactions and harvested for profit.

We are building the fix.

How a venture happens

From an ideas pool of twenty to a company with a founder at the wheel.

  1. An ideas pool of twenty

Every venture starts as one of twenty tech-for-good concepts we keep alive, argue over and test against our Code of Ethics.

  2. We validate, then build

Two ventures at a time. We rigorously validate the opportunity, then build the strategy, the brand and the MVP with the same team that does our client work.

  3. A Founding CEO joins

Just before the pre-seed raise, we hand the keys to a founder: a validated idea, a working product, capital and a core team, ready to drive.

  4. Pre-seed to Series A

The founder leads the company from pre-seed to Series A with Good Unicorn alongside for creative and production support.

Founder seat

We provide the fuel. You steer the ship.

Starting a company is lonely and risky. We change that. We provide the validated idea, the MVP, capital and a core team. You bring execution, leadership and the ambition to build a category-defining company.

Apply by email

Read our Code of Ethics first, then tell us in a short video how you understand the product and the opportunity, why you, and the first key decision you would make.

Apply if

  • You’re based in London.
  • You’ve raised venture capital, built teams and run early-stage tech startups.
  • You are a narrative leader who can articulate a compelling vision to investors and represent the company at the highest level.
  • You believe technology should create long-term societal value, and you’re willing to build responsibly.

The role

This is a founder seat, not a management job. From day one, you will:

  • Lead product-market fit and early traction.
  • Represent the company with investors, media and industry platforms.
  • Raise capital and scale the venture.
  • Assist in the hiring of a Co-Founder.
  • Build and inspire a high-performance team.

What you get

  • A de-risked start-up in a box, rigorously validated before you step in.
  • Full backing from the team that built it.
  • Creative and production support from Good Unicorn.
  • A majority equity stake.
  • A living stipend before the pre-seed raise, and founder pay tied to fundraising milestones.

We believe diverse leadership builds better companies. We welcome applications from founders of all backgrounds and identities.
